We are looking for a programmer to join our experienced development team.

Are you a seasoned game developer or a young prodigy enthralled by game development? Either way, you may be a perfect fit for our expanding team. SCS Software is Prague-based game developer known and recognized worldwide for creating the most popular simulator video games. Portfolio of the company contains critically acclaimed Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator http://www.scssoft.com/.

Whether your area of expertise is rendering, physics, audio, AI, networking, or anything else related to game development, we are always on the lookout for the great minds which would join us for the development of our truck simulator games.

We require:

• Strong C++ skills
• Well versed with common development tasks, like debugging, profiling, and VCS management
• Intermediate or better English
• Passion for video games
• Self motivation
• Team player

Any of the following is a plus:

• Professional experience in game development industry
• Experience with DirectX, Vulkan or OpenGL
• Experience with Bullet, Havoc, or other physics simulation SDK
• Experience with FMOD or other audio engines
• Experience with multi agent simulations, path finding, and other AI programming tasks
• Experience with client-server and peer-to-peer networking
• Experience with multi-threading and multi-processing
• Experience with console development
• Strong mathematics skills, including proficiency with trigonometry and linear algebra
