Senior Sales Operations Specialist

International company looking for a Senior Sales Operations Specialist.

Contents:

• Manages daily operations and workload management at team level
• Develops the capabilities of the team to deliver multiple vendor support by individuals
• Provides cross-country and cross-business support
• Responsible for delivering against the agreed SLA to the sales teams
• Reports Operations Manager on work progress, issues, projects and opportunities
• Performs order entry and is the primary customer and supplier interface for all customer issues related to order management for products
• Organize the delivery of product/services to the customer
• Maintain and update customer files, records and internal documents
• Review orders to meet customers’ expectations for on-time shipment and manage with materials operations stock allocations
• Identify process improvements that enhance business efficiency and profitability
• Ensuring margin integrity by following exception processes for sales management approvals where necessary
• Handling and resolving customer issues and return shipments
• Backlog management including updating the customer on a daily basis
• Initiates and/or maintains effective contact with internal departments
• Issuing accurate invoices
• Ensure adherence to Tech Data’s operational obligations to vendors as defined within our vendor contracts.
• Ensure smooth interface between Sales Operations and other areas of business especially sales, and materials Operations – to optimize operational excellence.

Prerequisites:

• Experience of using IT tools is preferable
• Experience with operations services
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent English, Other Eastern languages knowledge is an asset
• SAP knowledge is an asset
• Capacity to work with different business environments
• Ability to work within a stressful environment
